In a scattershot approach, the $20b unicorn is getting into retail now. Uh, yeah, ok. Meanwhile, Amazon ($AMZN) is making deals with them. Meanwhile it sure seems like Westfield Corporation ($WFD) is trying to be to retailers what WeWork is to corporate tenants like IBM on the space management side.
