On June 15, 2023, The Rockport Company LLC (“Rockport”) and four affiliates (together, the “debtors”) filed chapter 11 bankruptcy cases in the District of Delaware (Judge Shannon). It is Rockport’s second bankruptcy filing (hence the chapter 22 in our title) in five years.
