On July 29, 2024, NY-based Hardinge Inc. (“Hardinge”) and six affiliates (collectively, the “debtors”) filed chapter 11 bankruptcy cases in the District of Delaware (Judge Stickles). The debtors design, manufacture and distribute advanced metal-cutting machine tool solutions; they have twelve brands including, among others, Kellenberger®, Hardinge®, Buck Chuck®, Forkardt® and Ohio Tool Works®.
