Yes, on June 18, 2024, CT-based Mountain Sports LLC — the corporate entity behind both EMS and Bob’s — filed bankruptcy cases under subchapter V of chapter 11 along with four corporate affiliates (collectively, the “debtors”) in the District of Delaware (Judge Walrath). And just in the nick of time.
