On February 3, 2025, Alabama-based Jackson Hospital & Clinic Inc. (“JHC”) and JHC Pharmacy, LLC (collectively, the “debtors”) filed chapter 11 bankruptcy cases in the Middle District of Alabama (Judge Hawkins). JHC is a Montgomery, Alabama located hospital with 344 beds, making it one of the largest in Alabama.
