💥New Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Filing - Bird Global Inc. ($BRDSQ)💥
On December 20, 2023, Miami-based Bird Global Inc. ($BRDSQ), and four affiliates (collectively, the “debtors”) filed chapter 11 bankruptcy cases in the Southern District of Florida (Judge Corali Lopez-Castro).

We’d be SHOCKED if this company makes it to December ‘23 without there being a bankruptcy involved. Not with a limited amount of unrestricted cash. Not with the stock on the verge of being delisted.
So, yes, we were technically wrong by three weeks, but the inevitable did arrive before the year ended.
