On July 16, 2024, Midwest Christian Villages, Inc. and 20 affiliates (the “debtors”) filed chapter 11 bankruptcy cases in the Eastern District of Missouri (Judge Surratt-States).* The debtors do business as Christian Horizons and operate a mix of independent, assisted and skilled nursing campuses in 10 locations across the Midwest.
