💥New Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Filing - Azzur Group Holdings LLC💥
On March 2, 2025, Philly-based Azzur Group Holdings LLC and 32 affiliates (collectively, the “debtors”) filed chapter 11 bankruptcy cases in the District of Delaware (Judge Owens). The debtors are “a partner to marquee clients across the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, serving companies during the entire lifecycle of drug development and providing a suite of complementary and supplemental services for clients.”
Kind of opaque, but it’s downstream of pharma and biotech and we know how that’s going.
