💥New Chapter 11 Bankruptcy - Avante Health Solutions💥

Another asset sale case in bankruptcy, and with a stalking horse purchaser!

On October 8, 2024, Jordan Health Products I d/b/a Avante Health Solutions and 11 affiliates (collectively, the “debtors”) filed chapter 11 bankruptcy cases in the District of Delaware (Judge Horan). The debtors sell, install, repair and refurbish medical equipment. It is an industry dominated by three behemoths: GE HealthCare Technologies Inc. ($GEHC), Siemens Medical Solutions USA Inc. (“Siemens”) and – unfortunately for the debtors – Philips Medical Systems Nederland B.V. (“Phillips,” a unit of Koninklijke Philips NV $PHG), which practices a militant American-style lawfare against smaller, weaker and less-liquid competitors.
