(“Anagram,” or collectively, the “debtors”) filed chapter 11 bankruptcy cases in the resurgent (lol) Southern District of Texas (No-Longer-Retired Judge Isgur).* Anagram Holdings LLC is — wait for it — 100%-owned by Party City Holdings Inc.
