Hold that IPO: MPM Holdings
So, it looks like Apollo Management, Oaktree Capital Management, D.E. Shaw and Pentwater Capital Management won't be getting their exit of MPM Holdings (formerly bankrupt Momentive) after all as the planned $350mm IPO has been cancelled.
